Who should attend these trainings: (please note that these are not CAC and Navigator training sessions)

• • Billers
  • Office/Practice managers
  • Associated administrative staff that support or oversee patient registration or authorizations/referrals for MassHealth providers

The same information will be presented at both sessions so providers only need to register for one session. Due to limited capacity, providers are limited to no more than 2 participants.
