In the Loop – Massachusetts – In the Loop – Massachusetts is a private online community run by Health Care For All for enrollment assisters to interact with others doing similar work, a space to share successes, challenges and resources, and ask and answer each other’s questions. Trends spotted within the community will be shared with state policymakers so they hear how enrollment is going and how to improve it for assisters and consumers alike.
