Meetings and Events

The Massachusetts Health Care Training Forum (MTF) offers two types of meetings: quarterly meetings and learning opportunities. The quarterly meetings, held in January/February, April, July, and October, provide essential updates on policies and program changes from MassHealth, the Health Connector, Health Safety Net, and MassHealth Provider Services. These sessions focus on supporting individuals who assist MassHealth and Health Connector members, as well as Massachusetts residents who are uninsured or underinsured. Learning opportunity sessions are scheduled throughout the year as needed, typically in response to new health care policy updates or when refresher training on a specific topic is beneficial. Together, these meetings ensure that attendees remain current on health care policies and regulations and are well-equipped to help Massachusetts residents access the services for which they qualify.
